The tower has plenty of stories to tell you.

If I could choose one image to sum up Ireland, it would be the Ring of Kerry route. The Ring of Kerry is one of Ireland’s most impressive drives, roughly 179 km long. A route that passes through lush green landscapes, traditional villages and dramatic coastlines. A detour off the route, onto the Skellig Ring, will carry you into the most remote and wild landscapes, with views of the Skellig Islands, where scenes from Star Wars were filmed.

The wild coastline of the Skellig Ring overlooking the Atlantic. There is a direct Athens – Dublin flight, several with Ryanair, which lands you in the heart of Ireland in about 4 hours. November, January, February and March are the months when you can find the cheapest tickets.

Is it safe for solo travellers?
Absolutely.
