We depart Athens at midday at 15:00 and arrive in Ireland in the afternoon at 17:25. Every traveler receives the special guide created by Altervan, packed with useful and intriguing information about the cities and sights we'll encounter. We make our first introductions with fellow travelers, and the adventure begins! We hop into the vans and head to our hotel, the Hilton Hotel, right in the city center; we drop our things and head out for a stroll to get to know the center, and of course visit the Temple Bar area!

After a hearty breakfast at our hotel, we kick off the first day of the roadtrip! We head toward Northern Ireland with a first stop in the turbulent, history-rich city of Belfast. We take a big loop around the city's highlights, including the wall and the Titanic museum, then push farther north. Next stop: a remote, scenic stretch in County Antrim, home to a striking road known as the Dark Hedges. After catching our breath, something even more spectacular is up next -> the Giant's Causeway! This is an astonishing collection of around 40,000 massive basalt columns, created by an ancient volcanic eruption. Slowly it's time to head to our hotel, located in Portstewart.

After our stay in Portstewart, the next morning we set off for Galway, crossing the Irish countryside. Our route unwinds through tranquil lakes and medieval castles, with every bend revealing something magical. As we reach Galway, the city welcomes us with its colorful little houses and the melodies of traditional Irish music. Galway is the perfect starting point for getting to know authentic Ireland, with a pint of Guinness in hand in some of the region's most famous pubs.

On the fourth day of our journey, we leave Galway behind and head for the imposing Cliffs of Moher, following the Atlantic road. This natural wonder of Ireland offers us an unforgettable view, with the cliffs rising sharply above the Atlantic. We continue the day with a stop in the picturesque village of Doolin. Here we'll take a coffee break and enjoy a stroll among the village's colorful little houses. The end of the day finds us heading toward Killarney, where we'll spend the night.

We set out from Killarney to explore two of Ireland's most spectacular routes, the Ring of Kerry and the Skellig Ring. Crossing enchanting landscapes, lush green hills, rugged coastlines, and countless viewpoints over the Atlantic, we discover the authentic beauty of County Kerry. We continue to the stunning Kerry Cliffs, where the view over the ocean and the Skellig Islands is truly one of a kind. From there we stop at the beautiful Ballinskelligs Beach. On the way back to Killarney we visit the atmospheric Muckross Abbey, as well as the impressive Torc Waterfall. The day closes at a traditional pub in Killarney, with live music and an authentic Irish atmosphere.

Starting a new day full of adventure, we say goodbye to Killarney and head for the idyllic National Park of the region. Our first stop is Muckross Abbey, a striking ruined abbey dating back to the 15th century. We continue our exploration with a visit to Torc Waterfall, one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Ireland. After our time in the park, our route begins toward Cork, a city known for its cultural life and its history. Our overnight in Cork opens a new chapter in our journey.

As our journey draws to a close, we begin our last full day in Ireland by leaving Cork behind and heading for Dublin. Along the way, we make two important stops. The first is the Rock of Cashel, a striking historic site with ancient buildings and ruins. Continuing our journey, we visit Glendalough, known for its ancient monastery and the impressive Glendalough Cathedral. Arriving in Dublin at midday, we'll have the chance to visit museums, the famous Trinity College library, and of course the Guinness Storehouse.

We have half a day left in Dublin for exploring, strolling, and souvenirs. As our final day in Dublin comes to a close, we look back on the priceless moments and unique experiences this journey has given us, full of memories we'll carry forever in our hearts.
